This is our Staff and we work each day with this in mind:
They are ready for work and there is never a fuss, and each job is done without a big rush.
Wages are low and raises don't exist, the harder the job the less they resist.
A kind word and gentle touch is always a treat, as they consistently work be it cold or high heat.
These are my horses, employees if you will, each one is so special and posses unique skills.
As we work together with me as the lead , it's a bond as a team from which we all feed.
So for those that are bosses and rule very strong, work with my employees and learn right from wrong.
